Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, you will cover tax matters relating to direct / indirect tax for SEA and Australia region. You will ensure the compliance of local tax requirements, including the review and/or preparation tax returns where appropriate. Aside from BAU, you will also provide assistance on any ad hoc regional tax projects and make appropriate recommendations to business expansion as well as new product launch. This role is great for candidate who is looking for regional exposure and enjoy handling tax matters independently.
Requirements
You are degree holder who possesses relevant professional qualification, with a least 7 years of tax experience in the financial services sector or Big 4. All rounded knowledge and experience in direct / indirect taxes and regional tax provision is essential. You are a proactive and driven person with strong communication and organizational skills.
