Job Description

We are currently working with a leading MNC who are looking for a sole Tax Manager to oversee their APAC market. This is a high-impact role where you will work across corporate tax and transfer pricing, partnering closely with business and finance teams to drive compliance, strategy, and advisory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage corporate tax reporting, planning, and transfer pricing across multiple Asia Pacific jurisdictions. Ensure tax compliance and monitor evolving country-specific issues, particularly around transfer pricing. Develop tax-efficient models and structures, and engage with authorities on incentives and advisory matters. Provide tax input on M&A and restructuring activities, including integration and reorganization. Drive optimization initiatives related to market entry, supply chain management, and regulatory changes. Oversee regional tax operations, including intercompany transactions, budgeting, and reporting. Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams on tax incentives and planning initiatives. Contribute to digital transformation by implementing tools to support dashboard reporting and effective tax rate planning.

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred. At least 8 years' experience in international or regional tax roles, with exposure to Asia Pacific markets. Strong knowledge of corporate tax, transfer pricing, cross-border structuring, and tax audits. Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and thrive in a matrixed environment.
