Regional Tax Manager
Job Description
Our client is a leading global provider of innovative scientific and precision technology solutions, with a strong presence in Singapore to support research, healthcare, and industrial applications, currently seeks a Regional Tax Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the APAC Tax Director, the incumbent will be functioning as an independent contributor. He / She will be responsible for overseeing all direct and indirect tax matters across the region, liaising with the local country tax advisors to ensure full compliance with local tax laws while aligning with the global tax strategies. The main duties will include tax accounting & compliance, transfer pricing, tax advisory, review new tax policies, and work with Tax Director in his on-going projects.
Additionally, he / she will need to provide accurate tax reporting, audit management, and provide advice to senior management in regard to any tax implications involved in business operations.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional qualification such as SCTP (Practitioner or Advisor) is preferred. Minimum 7 years of work experience in taxation within the manufacturing and/or product distribution industry Strong knowledge of IFRS and transfer pricing in APAC region is preferred Prior working experience with SAP is a plus Prior working experience handling tax matters across APAC region and international tax advisory firm
