Job Description
Our client is a MNC in Equipment Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Support Engineer to be part of their Technical Support team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities of
Technical Support Engineer
:Provide product support and technical consultation to dealers and customers Manage warranty cases and conduct technical investigations Perform on-site testing, commissioning, troubleshooting (hardware & software) Collaborate with customers' engineering teams and liaise with factory support Prepare technical documentation and reports Deliver technical training to internal teams and external partners Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma in engineering field Min 5 years of relevant experience in port equipment Knowledge in PLC Comfortable with travelling across SEA region
