Regional Tender Specialist Job Details
- Permanent position
- Location: Changi (Transportation provided at Tampines and Bedok)
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 6pm)
- Multinational Corporation
- Analyse specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region
- Collaborate closely with the global and/or regional account management team to take charge or assist in creating and submitting proposals for global and key clients.
- Establish a comprehensive project plan that encompasses appropriate pricing analysis, internal appraisal, and evaluation, aligned with the global tender management process.
- Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and system
- Possess a Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration or other related fields preferred
- Preferably 2 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
- Familiar with Microsoft Office with strong knowledge in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus
