Position: Regional Tender Executive



General Description:

This position is responsible for effective handling of tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• 
  Work closely with global and regional account management team to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers
• Analyse tender specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers
• Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation in-line with the global tender management process
• Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system
• Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis from Tender Management perspective to achieve corporate goal.
• Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required

Skills Required:

• 
  Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory
• Ability to utilize software efficiently eg. Ariba/Jagger/etc.
• Fast-thinker, Problem solver and strong aptitude for numbers
• Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural diversity
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration or other related fields preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry

Location : Changi ( Transport pick up at Tampines / Bedok )

Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 6pm
Qualifications Summary Experience: • Experience in ISO9001/GMP system. • Experience in GMP/GDP/ISO audits. • At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry. Education: • Diploma or degree with in relevant field or similar working experience. Skills: • Positive mindset. • Leadership Skill. • Able to multitask. • Energetic to strive for improvement.
