As a Regional Total Rewards Manager, you drive Global Total Rewards processes and projects at local level and in compliance with local legislation and regulations. You are a speaking partner who gives expert advice on Total Rewards to managers, HR, and other functions within the local markets. Working closely with H&M Group Total Rewards CoE, you implement and execute guidelines and frameworks for effective Total Rewards programs in the local market of Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and India \xe2\x80\x93 Region South Asia (SAS).
