DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Regional Treasury Analyst, APAC, you will:

• Perform Treasury function and reporting such as cash management, bank account management, funding, cash forecasting, and foreign exchange hedge.
• Support various APAC countries or business units on compliance and other requirements necessary for treasury and banking needs.
• \xe2\x80\x8bLeverage / deploy Treasury systems and technology to simplify / standardize processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures and policies as well as relevant external regulatory measures.
• \xe2\x80\x8bMonitor and report trade financing balances and review to ensure trading is conducted within agreed credit limits in accordance with established corporate policies and guidelines.
• Facilitate intercompany settlements and dividend repatriation.
• \xe2\x80\x8bCo-ordinate with Collections, Finance and Trading functions to ensure prompt resolution of payment defaults.
• \xe2\x80\x8bWork closely with various country Collections and Payment group and highlight key focus areas to address issues to meet working capital metrices in a timely manner.
• \xe2\x80\x8bSupport and coordinate with bank, legal team and company secretary on the necessary documentation / agreements required by the banks.
• \xe2\x80\x8bFacilitate banking relationship relating to various request from admin to operational matters.
• \xe2\x80\x8bAssist in system integration and bank interface communication.
• \xe2\x80\x8bBank guarantee review and tracking.
• \xe2\x80\x8bProcess and execute FX transactions, hedging, settlements and other treasury activities in compliance with internal treasury controls and policies.
• \xe2\x80\x8bPrepare and analyse treasury reports, monitor financial exposures, manage foreign exchange fluctuations and analyse financial risks.
• \xe2\x80\x8bAssist in evaluation / implementation of Treasury and Working Capital activities and other ad-hoc projects for APAC Finance from time to time including support Internal and External Audit, process implementation, HQ query and analysis and other stakeholders requirements.
• \xe2\x80\x8bLiaison with Payments, Collections, Cash reporting and with other Finance teams\' initiatives.
• \xe2\x80\x8bOther related duties assigned as needed.

\xe2\x80\x8bQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Regional Treasury Analyst, APAC:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in Corporate Treasury.
• Good analytical skills with problem solving mindset and can-do attitude.
• A self-starter and able to promote and execute changes independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong numeric skills. Meticulous and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in MS office applications especially Excel, Word and Power point.
• Experience in ERP system and Kyriba treasury platform preferred.
• Mature and able to work independently.
