- Manage daily cash operations, cash pooling structure, money market borrowing, mass payments, and fund transfers
- Provide assistance to subsidiaries during monthly and Real-Time Consolidation closing processes
- Perform audits of subsidiary treasury processes
- Assess workflow and procedures to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency
- Enhance payment and collection processes
- Conduct investigations into bank reconciliation discrepancies and system issues
- Review monthly mark-to-market entries and verify the amounts of treasury products
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of Treasury experience
- Candidates with experience in banking operation and are familiar with Quantum Global Treasury System are highly encouraged to apply
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details, able to work independently and think critically
