Delivery quality care to home nursing clients
Supervise healthcare assistant and handle complex cases.
Conduct initial assessment and regular re-assessment of existing cases.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Nursing
Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
5 days' work/week (non-shift)
