Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is fluent in Japanese and English to join our healthcare team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical practitioners, and

act as a key liaison for Japanese-speaking patients to ensure clear communication and comfort





Key Responsibilities



Provide professional nursing care in accordance with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) standards Assist doctors in medical procedures, patient assessments, and treatment plans Serve as a translator/interpreter for Japanese-speaking patients to ensure accurate communication of symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment instructions Educate and counsel patients on treatment, medications, and preventive care in both English and Japanese Maintain accurate nursing documentation, patient records, and care reports. Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition Ensure infection control, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care

Requirements



Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Diploma/Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or specialized care setting) Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written), as the role involves direct communication with Japanese-speaking patients and families.
