Handle court users\' enquiries over the counter as well as manage virtual counter operations for online court users and provide concierge support at self-service ekiosks
Provide administrative support involving backend registry and court operations and record management through use of filing and e-systems as needed
Draft simple correspondence
Serve court documents when needed at both FJC premises as well as external locations within Singapore
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office, technologically inclined with skills in video conferencing applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
