Job Description

Job Scope: * Manage cases filed in the General Division through reviewing, analysing and identifying issues with, processing and monitoring filings and other documents in accordance with the applicable legislation, rules, practice directions, standard operating procedures and policies;

  • Draft reports, notices and correspondence to, and liaise with, internal stakeholders, lawyers, self-represented persons and other external agencies to facilitate the efficient disposal of cases;
  • Upload the correspondences/emails/documents sent in the respective case files in the case management system;
  • Update case-related information in the case management system; and
  • Perform other administrative duties relating to case management and fixing of hearings.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to handle high volume of work independently
  • Able to interact across relevant stakeholders within the organization
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Keen for continuous learning and obtaining new knowledge
Salary: $4800 to $5100/month (depends on experience)
Location: Clarke Quay
