Job Description


Headquartered in the US with a global presence, my client is one of the specialty ingredient manufacturers supplying its products to various industries. They are looking to hire a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join their growing team in Singapore. This role will not only have you be part of a global brand, but you would be required to put to practice your regulatory affairs knowledge to provide advice pertaining to the regulatory landscape to internal and external stakeholders in addition to working with regulatory authorities for submissions and renewals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and oversee regulatory projects for product registrations in APAC countries, including preparing and submitting dossiers, securing approvals, and ensuring timely renewal of existing product licenses in accordance with local regulations and guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes in APAC countries and disseminate relevant information within the organization providing regulatory guidance to various stakeholders.
  • Thoroughly review marketing documents and technical collaterals for compliance with policies and regulations in the APAC countries.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to regulations and compliance matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation of paperwork in the Product Label System and Dossier Database.
  • Provide support to the Regulatory Affairs functional Head in other assigned activities.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Science or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
  • Ideally, have experience in animal feed additive registration.
  • Proficient in understanding and interpreting advanced scientific data to generate dossiers for regulatory submission.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating effectively with diverse groups with the ability to multitask, manage concurrent projects, and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.), with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
  • Experience in legal contract management is a plus.
