Regulatory Affairs Manager, Haw Par Healthcare The Company

The Role

• Assist our Head of Quality & Regulatory Affairs in providing leadership and strategic direction to our Regulatory team so that they
• have deep expertise to interpret the current regulatory requirements in different markets,
• ensure accurate submissions and secure timely approvals to gain maximum market access for our products,
• effectively manage the life cycle of our products and address complex project issues with multiple stakeholders
• Partner with Quality colleagues and provide the regulatory input for them to effectively manage and continuously improve our quality systems, policies, and processes to ensure manufacturing and product excellence
• Partner with Marketing to develop a product development roadmap and ensure a product pipeline that will meet our growth objectives
• Establish the ongoing processes, skill sets, and strategy that will enable Haw Par

Healthcare to continually build out our regulatory organizational capabilitiesThe Individual

• More than 7 years of experience in quality and/or regulatory, preferably in consumer healthcare or OTC products
• Desires to engage regularly internally with business leaders and externally with health authorities, so as to develop a coherent quality, regulatory and product development strategy for our healthcare business
• Possesses a growth mindset, a strong bias for action, and inspires commitment in others to work through ambiguity and paradoxes by his/her own example
• Capable of thinking analytically and strategically, and ensures tactical execution is aligned with our plans
• Able to clearly articulate own perspectives logically, and focused on developing cross- functional teamwork through improving our work processes

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
