- Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies to ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements
- Conduct compliance assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Manage compliance projects and initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes that may impact the business
- Previous experience in a regulatory compliance role within the Insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
