Description

Our client is a financial services provider under a global industrial group, looking for a "Regulatory Compliance Officer" to support both compliance and legal functions in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Working Location: Central Singapore

Reporting Line: General Manager

• Legal Compliance: Collaborate with the legal department to ensure the company\'s adherence to local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage the formalities required to comply with various regulatory bodies, ensuring all necessary documentation and reports are submitted promptly.
• Banking Documentation and KYC: Work closely with our legal team to facilitate the completion of required documentation from our partners, maintaining strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring the company\'s interests are protected.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard the company\'s interests.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years\' relevant work experience in regulatory compliance, legal compliance or similar fields. Preferably in the banking or financial services environment.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
