What the role is:Managing hardcopy documents for updating of the File Tracking SystemWhat you will be working on:

  • To work with TPB\'s Registry Officer to request and send back cartons of hardcopy documents at off-site storage \xe2\x80\xa2 To pack and un-pack hardcopy documents into cartons \xe2\x80\xa2 To check on specific document details as required \xe2\x80\xa2 To key in and update the required information in the electronic File Tracking System
What we are looking for:
  • Able to manage and handle (e.g. carry and sort) mulitple cartons of old hardcopy documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic computer skills.
