Job Description

:
Ensures that all FDA licenses and certificates are updated and valid.
Prepares, evaluates and submits documents for product registration to FDA.
Performs proper and timely documentation and submission of required technical information of the products to FDA for appropriate processing of certificates.
Monitors and follow-up continuously on the application status of products filed for registration.
Keeps updated on new regulations or changes.
Coordinating with our Overseas Business Operations Personnel for the required documents to be submitted to FDA.
Proof-reads all technical terms in the labels and formulation.
Compile and maintain complete technical data of each product.
Update Overseas Business Operations Personnel the status of application of the product.
Communicates with the marketing and advertising team to ensure strict compliance with the guidelines and policies of the regulatory agency.
Compose PowerPoint and other marketing product presentation for training, company newspaper, social media posting and members guide.
Inventory management of products and accessories. Monitoring of product expiration and leads product disposal. Reports product status such as expiration, damage and quality.
Checking of warehouse temperature and communicate with the supplier regarding the annual calibration of the digital thermohydrometer.
Evaluates, report to head office and make a written statement on members complain regarding products quality.
Qualification
Registered Pharmacist
Preferably experienced in working a company which handles beauty products or health beverage products
1 year experience as regulatory Pharmacist
Preferably experienced in working with foreigners
Willing to work Tuesday to Saturday Scheduled
Salary 20k-25k
