Job Description

Handle internal and external inquiries Handle and resolve customers complaints Provide customers with our course and product information Arrange class schedules and replacements Collection of payment Liaise with parents for day to day inquiries Front Desk Duties Other Administrative DutiesJob Requirements Minimum Diploma Preferred English and Chinese Speaker (As the customers are mainly Chinese speakers, most of the time need to use Chinese to provide information or feedback to customers in spoken and writing) Genuine interest in working with and helping customers Able to reply to messages in a timely and fast manner Good at multitasking Meticulous and organized Strong interpersonal skills Previous past experiences will be an advantage Must able to work during weekends and weekday eveningsWorking Hours: 40 to 43 hours per weekSalary: Basic Monthly Salary and Bonus depends on performance and the company's operating conditions.
