As the Relationship Banker, Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG), you will be responsible for relationship management of top tier Singapore based global accounts under the Global Subsidiaries portfolio. The role requires strong working collaboration with Network Global Relationship Points and Global Subsidiaries Relationship Managers as well as Research & Analysis, Risk and Product teams to deliver the financial targets.

Responsibilities includes:

• Develop clear and detailed understanding of customers including through working with product partners to identify new opportunities and deepening and expanding existing relationships
• Client up tiering reflected in terms of increased wallet share of targeted products and returns
• Active management of client satisfaction as validated via internal and external client surveys as applicable
• Ensure KYC, AML and Credit reviews of accounts under management
• Handle documentation negotiation such as loan documentation, ISDA and other banking documents for clients independently and within a timely manner
• Monitoring quality and integrity of data and analysis of accounts
• Ensuring compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Front line institutional relationship or product sales experience is preferred
• Relevant experience in managing or handling clients in Institutional sector
• Strong credit skills proven by either role involved or qualifications obtained
• Analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills is required
• Planning and organisational skills, capable of prioritising effectively in order to meet all requirements - attention to detail, limited supervision and capable of driving agenda for customer, product, relationship and risk
• Strong team player
