• Relationship Officer Exp
• Financial / Fintech / Corporate Service Provider industry
• Do not require cold calling

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their business needs and offer appropriate solutions from the suite of Corporate Service Provider services, including company incorporation, secretarial services, and more
• Work with warm leads provided by the company
• Manage the end-to-end process from onboarding to the continual management of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Identify additional service needs that match client requirements and propose relevant solutions to optimize customer engagement and revenue
• Work closely with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Provide timely, high-quality responses to client inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company\'s growth
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Management / Marketing / Communications or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a customer service, account management, or relationship management role, ideally in the Financial / Fintech / Corporate Service Provider industry
• Strong understanding of corporate services such as company incorporation, company secretarial services, accounting, and tax compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset
• Strong negotiation skills with a client-centric approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is advantageous
• This role does not require cold calling

• Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
• Salary: Basic up to $3500/mth + Commission
