Roles & Responsibilities
:
- Work in a branch environment
- Attend to all sales leads and customers’ enquiries
- Understands customer profiles and recommend suitable solutions to help fulfil customer’s financial needs
- Participate in Company’s customer acquisition and marketing activities
- Expand the firm’s customer base through referrals
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers to build a strong customer base
- Be well conversant with financial product and technical knowledge
- Be well abreast with financial and regulatory knowledge
- Implement customers’ request using in-house fulfilment platform
- Fulfil all mandatory training requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
4) Any other academic qualification equivalent to (1), (2) and (3)
- CMFAS exam modules (Full or partial) preferred
