They are looking for Relationship Manager, ESG in their branch office in Singapore. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, and for providing them with advice and guidance on ESG-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG principles and practices, as well as experience in the financial services industry.
Description
Role reports to the Head of Investment Banking
Performs credit application/renewal and other customer management tasks for local and regional sovereign and financial institution customers
Manages financial institution counterparts\' relationships and conduct product cross-selling
Acquires new financial institution customers, perform customer onboarding and work with the relevant departments/teams
Performs ESG related tasks such as updating branch on Sustainable Financing Framework, keeping abreast of latest industry development, regularly communicating with financial institution peers, customers and external professional parties, conducting branch internal trainings etc.
Other relevant tasks assigned by the Head of Department and Team Lead
Profile
Degree in Banking and Finance, Commerce or equivalent
At least 3 years experience in relationship management role in a financial institution, with a minimum 1 year exposure to ESG related work
Passion in sustainability
Knowledge of corporate banking, investment banking, trade finance and treasury products
Excellent presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly motivated team player
