Working closely with teams from across the organization, helping to advocate on behalf of customers to all teams
Utilizing technical knowledge to lead client projects that take data into multiple platforms
Map out client goals and develop strategies
Onboarding and training new clients in the use of products

JOB REQUIREMENT

Technical proficiency (an understanding of software, hardware, networks, web services, data integration, data imports and exports, as well as advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Access is helpful)
Experience in data related solutions

- 2 - 5 years experience in Relationship / Account Management

Track record of driving customer success and aligning within complex customer environments at executive and department levels
