Job Description




  • Directly responsible for the assigned portfolio of International corporate customers.
  • Develop and Manage client relations, promoting the cross selling of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s products in coordination product desks.
  • Coordinate with relevant GRM for definition and execution of the commercial strategy on the GRM portfolio.
  • Perform marketing activities to originate working capital solutions and participate in new syndicated loans.
  • Exploring and generating bilateral trade related and commercial lending activities.
  • Hold/Strengthen/Develop Business Relationships with the clients in the assigned portfolio in coordination with relevant HO functions
  • Ensure that the budget targets set, profitability, commercial and risk objectives are achieved for his/her portfolio of clients
  • Monitor the management and economic performance trend for his/her portfolio clients by implementing the necessary corrective actions, coordinating with the GRMs/Head of Corporate when relevant.
  • Prepare and finalize credit applications
  • Manage the general credit risk profile of clients in the portfolio and report any signs of deterioration.
  • Review all commercial proposals, legal documentations and AML/Compliance assessment in coordination with relevant departments and bank policies (Industry, product desk, legal department, AML/Compliance functions, management).
  • Authorize the rates and conditions for commercial banking products and services within his/her areas of autonomy, submitting them to the relevant General Manager/Head of Corporate/GRM, when required.
  • Optimize the use of the credit lines granted in coordination with Head of Corporate and Industry (GRM when relevant).

Required Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • University degree and/or post-graduate degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, Italian knowledge would benefit.
  • Extensive working experience in the Corporate Banking products and services.
  • Proven track record of client relationships within South East Asia and South Asia.
  • Strong credit risk analysis and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of AML and Compliance rules and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
