Job scope:

Build and maintain strong relationships with loan brokers, agents, referral partners, and SME clients to drive quality business referrals. Assess SME clients' financial health, creditworthiness, and business viability, preparing preliminary evaluations for credit approval. Structure, negotiate, and manage SME loans in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Guide clients through the end-to-end loan process, provide financial advice, and ensure timely support and documentation. Monitor loan portfolios, identify early credit risks, and coordinate with collections to manage repayments and mitigate defaults.
