Job Description

The key responsibilities and deliverables of a Relationship Manager, Wholesale Banking are as below: Reaching out to prospective customers in MNC segment, Private Equity & Venture Capital segment which have presence in ASEAN regions and with strong business linkages to India Originating and onboarding (with complete KYC) new corporate customers and developing and maintaining good relationships with the customers Understanding customer requirements and providing banking solutions including but not limited to investments flow, trade flows and other transactional banking requirements Preparing credit proposal, coordinating with Risk department for approvals and undertaking credit monitoring & asset reviews of the portfolio Maintaining existing relationships with corporate clients Meeting business targets across products and business verticals Executing transactions in a timely and efficient manner in line with customer expectations Maintaining credit files and ensuring safe custody of all documentsCompetencies Strong understanding and acumen of corporate and wholesale banking business with 3+ years of relevant banking experience in relationship management Understanding of Indian banking landscape Ability to forge and sustain client relationships with good professional networking skills Understanding of financial statements to prepare credit proposals Ability to build processes, systems and structures to support the overall strategy Leveraging every customer interaction as an opportunity to create value and make an impact
