About the Role

  • Deliver markets operations technology services to the Institutional Markets business and stakeholders
  • Contribute important work on Trade Life Cycle migrations and Murex simplification program
  • Role Reporting to Product Area Lead, Group Technology
Role Location: ANZ Singapore
Role Type: Full Time, Permanent

As a Release Lead, your purpose is to convert business initiatives into cross-platform or cross-tribe releases of new technology features and enhancements. You are responsible for release management across the whole Murex ecosystem and partner systems such SKY, Payments Platforms, Regulatory and Reporting platforms, etc. including Markets FO, Markets Middle Office, Markets Ops and Settlements, Reg and Compliance, Finance, Reconciliations and other Technology platforms.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Proven track record within the banking/finance industry working in global teams with Institutional / Infrastructure / Integration experience
  • Demonstrated successful end to end delivery of large-scale projects, across agile and able to articulate advantages and challenges of various Agile methods.
  • Experience defining and assessing options and present to director level stakeholders in a coherent and succinct manner. Ability to escalate and provide clarity on risks and issues and associated impact to the delivery and the customer outcome.
  • Proven ability to plan at both a high and detail level, and influence stakeholders and team members to commit to a defined pathway.
  • Experience with Cloud (AWS) adoption, Container platform capabilities, working with and onboarding onto DevOps toolsets / teams.
