Primary Skill: CI/CD, Deployment
Secondary: Salesforce Deployment

Overall Role

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline for all Salesforce applications, working with various vendor teams. Lead release planning, scheduling, and communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

Technical Execution & Governance
Utilize CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket to automate deployments and maintain a robust, repeatable process. Proactively identify and resolve deployment issues, and implement rollback strategies and post-deployment health checks. Ensure all changes adhere to organizational standards and Salesforce best practices. Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails for all deployment activities.

Environment Management
Oversee the health and synchronization of all Salesforce environments (2 as of now). Manage sandbox refreshes and ensure metadata consistency. Implement and monitor proactive measures to maintain system integrity and performance across all stages of the pipeline.

Key Skills & Tools

CI/CD Expertise: Proficiency in Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and other tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Release Management: Strong understanding of Salesforce release cycles, change sets, and metadata management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment challenges and drive them to resolution.
Salesforce Platform: In-depth knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce Metadata API (preferred but optional)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,219.69 - $10,000.00 per month
