Job Description

We are building an OPS team to manage the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment, ensuring its reliability, effective usage, and smooth onboarding of applications. The role requires strong technical acumen, process ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

Govern and maintain the UAT environment life cycle, including data refreshes, batch runs, and resolving infra/app issues. Coordinate testing activities for multiple teams and projects, manage the testing calendar, and track dependencies. Onboard new systems into the end-to-end UAT environment, working with infra, middleware, and application SMEs. Provide dashboards, updates, and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and application architecture. Experience in testing processes, environment management, and stakeholder coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with process ownership and project dependencies.
