Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment through Online and Offline Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis and other techniques\xc2\xb7 Planning, execution and monitoring of contractor routine and non-routine maintenance activities and perform troubleshooting or provide guidance where issues arise.\xc2\xb7 Planning and coordination of shutdown maintenance activities of Rotating Equipment based on local and Global PM requirements, Vendor recommendation & Industrial Best practices.\xc2\xb7 Review risk analysis and maintenance procedures on regular basis.\xc2\xb7 Upkeep maintenance records for equipment modifications, repair and rerating on regular basis.\xc2\xb7 Identify and update discrepancies in plant equipment records or on field.\xc2\xb7 Participate in the root cause analysis (RCA) on process incidents and process inducted mechanical failures, recommend corrective actions to permanently eliminate them and follow up on closure of the actions.\xc2\xb7 Initiate the Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) and execute the changes for plant improvement and modification works.\xc2\xb7 Facing External / Internal Audit and closing of the actions within given time limit\xc2\xb7 Identifying bad actors in the plant and reliability improvement by implementing short term and long term solutions.Requirements\xc2\xb7 Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry or Diploma holder with 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 maintenance experience Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry preferred.\xc2\xb7 Experience in a Gas Plant such as Gasification/SMR/ASU is an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Good conceptual knowledge on design and maintenance of all Rotating Equipment such as Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Screw Compressors, Multistage Pumps et\xc2\xb7 Good conceptual knowledge of Industrial standards such as API, ASME etc for Rotating & associated Static Equipment.To find out more about this opportunity, please contact Lionel Liew at lionel.liew@gmprecruit.com.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd | EA Licence: 11C3793 | EA Personnel: Lionel Liew | Registration No: R1330693
