Relief Administration Officer (4 months) Working Arrangement: Officer to be deployed at the following hours and daily rate:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • $85 per day
  • Contract period from 26 June 2023 to 31 October 2023
Job description:
  • To provide general admin services at College Reception
  • Attend to counter and phone inquiries
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role or working experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems
Safety and Security Officer Duties and Responsibilities
  • Alert and Aware of all Occurrences within the Assigned premises.
  • Foot Patrol and Static post duty as assigned (Guardhouse)
  • Securing and Opening of all facilities on the premise
  • Perform morning Traffic Control (min. 2 hours per shift)
  • Assist to manage Events\xe2\x80\x99 Security matters, Traffic control, and Ground Deployment and Parking
  • Enforcing Safety & Security SOPs and Compliance with the ground officers
  • Any other Safety & Security related work as required by the Reporting Officer
Job Qualifications and Requirements
  • Able to work on Rotating shifts including Weekends and Public Holidays
  • GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level, \'N\' level, A level, ITE or Polytechnic,
  • Basic Computer literate
  • Security License Holder
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Physically and Medically Fit for long hours of duty on foot (min. 6 hours per shift)
  • A mature, warm, and energetic team worker with a pleasant disposition
  • Possess Situational Awareness
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Able to communicate with people of different nationalities
  • Interest in Security Systems (CCTV system, Access Control system, etc ), Hands-On Troubleshooting, and Maintenance would be advantageous.
Senior Boarding Executive (Facilities Management) s:
  • Supervise the performance of the term contractors (facilities maintenance, cleaning, pest control etc.) within the residential facilities
  • Assist the school to implement preventive and ad-hoc facilities maintenance and housekeeping programs for all building and M&E installations in compliance with statutory/ authority requirements
  • Work with the team to handle complaints, feedbacks and incidents related to facilities maintenance, cleanliness, and pest control
  • Provide feedback and assist the school to formulate and renew standard operating procedures for routine and preventive operations relating to facilities maintenance, cleanliness and pest control
  • Support the team on apartments\xe2\x80\x99 inspection, defects rectification, assets enhancement, and minor improvement work
  • Assist to prepare invitation for quotations and tenders on facilities maintenance and housekeeping matters
  • Check and endorse contractors\xe2\x80\x99 claims for payment
  • Attend monthly contractors\xe2\x80\x99 meetings and assess contractors\xe2\x80\x99 monthly performance
  • Sourcing and collating data in preparation for the annual budgeting of funds for repairs or improvement programs
  • Escalate any critical issues for management decisions including handling of complaints and requests
  • Supervise fire safety matters and security of the estate
  • Providing general administration duties e.g. Duty Boarding Executive, and ability to interact with students, parents, and teachers of various nationalities
  • Must be willing to stay-in at Boarding School and be able to perform night shifts during weekdays and/or weekends
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in Building Services or Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in building or facilities management and being hands-on in mitigating facilities issues
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to present and write clear and concise reports/specifications
  • Good Interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
  • Team player
