Peterhouse Preschool is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable
Relief Teacher
to join our warm and supportive team on a part-time or short-term contract basis. This role is perfect for early childhood educators who enjoy flexible working arrangements and have a passion for nurturing young minds.About the Role:
As a Relief Teacher, you will:
Step in to cover for teachers who are on leave Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons based on our preschool curriculum Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Work collaboratively with the existing teaching team to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
Recognised Early Childhood Education qualifications Prior experience working with preschool-aged children Ability to step in confidently and adapt quickly to new classroom environments Strong communication and classroom management skills A warm, nurturing, and flexible approach
