Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Cover teaching duties at The Winstedt School.
Direct teaching and apply appropriate and effective teaching methodology to our students.
Provide support to the class and ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment.
Assist in development of teaching aids and resources, which include setting up the classroom and other appropriate facilities.
Collect learning data and assess each child's functional and educational needs.
Prepare and submit Progress Reports to Principal as required.
Contribute and provide professional feedback during meetings.
Adhere to The Winstedt School policies and procedures.
Ensure that code of conduct remains professional and ethical.
All sensitive documents, personal notes, and communication related to students is kept private and confidential.
Work cooperatively and effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders of the School.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma in Special Needs Education preferred
Candidate who possesses an educational certification together with 2 to 3 years of working experience in international schools will be a plus for this position.
Enjoy working in a school environment and exploring possibilities with students.
Good knowledge in the use of 21st century technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management skills and able to adhere to deadlines.
Ability to handle pressure when dealing with multiple tasks.
Work Schedule
Ad-hoc basis - could range between 1 to 30 days
* School hours are from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 3.30 pm
