Job Description
This is a ad-hoc position. You will work as and when called upon by the Principal. You will be responsible for carrying out the lesson plans in place of the absent Teacher.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Establishing and maintaining a supportive and orderly environment;
- In collaboration with the team, nurture and support the children in their personal, social and academic growth by delivering dynamic and responsive learning programmes;
- Ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet the children\xe2\x80\x99s needs and the Repton Schoolhouse philosophy;
- Value holistic education;
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment;
- Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school;
- Any other duties assigned by the Principal or Directors.
