We are looking for a

Relocation Consultant (Commercial Projects)

to manage end-to-end relocation projects and drive marketing efforts for our suite of services.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Client Servicing

Plan and manage

commercial relocation projects

(offices, labs, IT infrastructure). Conduct

site surveys

and prepare detailed move proposals and quotations. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth, safe, and timely execution. Act as the primary client liaison from project initiation to completion. Uphold company standards for

confidentiality, safety, and quality

.

Business Development & Marketing

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial sectors. Develop and execute

marketing initiatives

(digital, partnerships, events). Prepare marketing collaterals, proposals, and case studies. Collaborate with management on client acquisition and retention strategies.

Reporting

Report directly to the

CEO

on project pipelines, client feedback, and marketing performance. Support management in planning and scaling commercial relocation operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience

in commercial relocation, logistics, or project management. Proven track record in

office, laboratory, or IT equipment relocation

. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or project management tools. Familiarity with

safety protocols, lab or IT handling standards

is an advantage. Independent, driven, and professional.
