We are looking for an Remittance Helpdesk Consultant a 12 to 24-months Contract Role with high possibility of extension. There is a high chance of extension/conversion based on the performance.
:
Support for remittance operation as helpdesk member.
Respond to user enquiries on remittance system by phone call and Email.
Trouble shooting, try to resolve system trouble facing the users if possible.
Issue handling (investigation, escalation and reporting), communicate with relevant department when necessary.
Handle enquires from Head Office in Japan.
Liaise between head office and user for system release and bug fix.
Explain remittance system behaviour and guide user operation for some specific events when required (Ex: SCP, BCP).
Support for Creating report/presenting to project manager for weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Maintain calendar table, monitor ad hoc calendar update.
Requirements:
With more than 3 years\' experience in Banking sector and/or IT service provider/consulting
Must have strong communication skill in banking industry operating in Singapore - preferred in Japanese bank
Strong working experience and knowledge on remittance, Accounting Operation or transaction banking related Operation (Must understand end-to-end remittance operation)
Must have experience in system implementation from business requirement to design, development and testing in system implementation project (preferred in BPR)
Strong working experience and knowledge on system/applications (e.g. Oracle package; Flexcube/EBS, Eximbills, ACBS, Fits Global, RPA tool) for banking industry is preferable
Better to have working experience on SWIFT ISO20022 (e.g. knows how MT format is mapped to MX format)
