Remote Dtp/graphic Designer/editor
Job Description
-preparing documents for translation
-in charge of formatting, converting, downloading and copying documents
-creating bilingual tables and copy pasting text from source files
-reviewing files, arranging numbers and fixing issues of document before and after translation
-assists Global and IL Project Managers on their projects
-performs additional tasks assigned by Ops Manager and IL ManagerQualifications-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Gmail, CRM)
-Internet, graphic and formatting savvy
-Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, project administration or IT
-Demonstrate project administration experience and strong organizational skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Highly meticulous with ability to work under stress and pressure
- must have experience in DTP
- must have experience on the following tools: adobe photoshop, MS publisher, MS PPT, Paint, Canva, other similar tools
-Preferably with a Bachelor or Degree in IT/Computer Science or any related fieldJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
