• After a successful 2025, looking for a new Software Team Lead to join their global team.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary development team across web, automation, and AI/ML stacks
• Oversee delivery and integration of the company's different modules
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and system stability across environments
• Act as a technical liaison for sales and marketing teams, supporting client demos and architecture discussions
• Evaluate new tools and frameworks to enhance scalability, performance, and cross-product data flow

Key Candidate Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any relevant field
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .Net and Blazor for full-stack web development
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation (n8n) and AI/ML model deployment (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Skilles in REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and microservices architecture
• Familiar with DevOps tools including GitHub Actions, Docker, and cloud CI/CD (Azure/AWS)
• Can speak fluent English.
