Job Description
s:
Support nursing philosophy and the vision, mission and values of the organisation Provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care plan. To prepare equipment and patient for dialysis. Initiate and terminate haemodialysis. Monitoring patient's parameters before and after haemodialysis. Assess patient's needs during dialysis (e.g. psychological, emotional and physical). Assist with procedures related to dialysis therapy. Implement established operational and nursing policies and procedures. Provide orientation and guidance to junior nurses. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with staff, patients and public. Maintain a safe and clean centre environment, furnishing and equipment. Participate, contribute, and implement changes to work processes. Attend continuing nursing education to maintain clinical knowledge and competence. Participate in nursing research. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing or any related field. Recognised Nursing qualification and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Certified with valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED. Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team. Good interpersonal and communications skills. * Candidates without any prior experience are welcome.
