Job Description

Jobs & Responsibilities:

• Check and review technical aspect of project design
• Design, make, amend, update and issue drawings for elevator parts and installation drawings
• Make, amend, issue and upkeep design document (design information, delivery list, design standard, design change, etc.)
• Carry out project design review to ensure customer specifications are met
• Ensure that all safety aspects of design are reviewed and complied
• Compliance to schedule and deadline for projects and works assigned
• Computerization and documentation of design process
• Maintenance of computer programs
• Carry out design improvement activity
• Detail analysis of faults, trouble, defects and establish corrective and preventive action
• Actively monitor and follow-up of outstanding/pending issues\' completion
• Attend to enquiries from other departments or overseas agents
• Quotation for spare parts
• Educate Assistant Officer on various aspect of design
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Engineering
• Wiling to learn attitude
