Repair & Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
- Good knowledge in mechanical and machine troubleshooting skill
- Advantage to have knowledge in electrical and control, example PLC and Drive, like Allen Bradley, siemens, KEB and Yaskawa.
- Need hands on to diagnose machine faults and eliminate repeating issues
- Monitor and maintain daily routine work for plant equipment maintenance
- Required on standby duty during non-office hour to attend machine breakdown issue.
- Supervise in-house maintenance team and engineering service contractors.
- Coordinate with machine OEM to attend all kind of machine issue.
- Lead and organize spare part inventory.
- Schedule and execute preventive/predictive maintenance and calibration for plant equipment and update records.
- Control repair and maintenance cost to meet monthly budget.
- Quotation and lead-time monitoring
- Coordination with other function related to cost control
- Work with process and production team for process or equipment improvement and optimization
- To handle and execute new machines project, building & facilities project as assigned by management.
- To handle all M&E work for all new machine setup and automation improvement projects.
- Provide support to building facility.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
