GrowthAssistant is looking for a Reports and/or Marketing Analyst! This teammate creates reports and dashboards from pulled-out data on various social media channels and websites. The Role

• Pull data from social media channels and websites (i.e., Facebook, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Snapchat, Tiktok, Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest)
• Create and maintain dashboards using templates and metrics given by the client
• Report on Marketing KPI/metrics like leads and conversion rates, website traffic, social media engagement and paid ROI
• Track email campaign metrics (i.e., delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate)
• Verify data in existing data sets
• Investigate data by comparing and validating it in reports and social media channels
• Report on one-off requests from the company's clients
• Perform ad-hoc admin tasks such as adding or removing, and exporting data

The Requirements

• Understand the Marketing and Sales metrics on the digital platform
• Knowledgeable on paid social media channels
• Intermediate to proficient knowledge and experience on Google Analytics
• Preferably with experience on Looker, Google Data Studio, or other similar BI tools
• Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet (can do pivot tables and advanced formulas)
• Experience with running reports for B2B Marketing for at least 2 years
• Must be proactive and prompt in completing deliverables
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Can work on graveyard shift following any US time zones
