Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our Pre-Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and integrating databases, conducting market and competitive research, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage relational databases to enhance reporting and analysis within the Sensing Team. Gather and analyze information from clinical, product, patent, and technology databases. Monitor trade journals, periodicals, and online news for competitive intelligence; share relevant insights with internal stakeholders. Conduct daily monitoring of competitor websites, news articles, webcasts, and annual reports; prepare in-depth competitor analyses. Perform online research on emerging healthcare trends, IV therapy procedures, and new product opportunities. Support primary market research initiatives including questionnaire development, focus group coordination, and survey execution. Ensure all duties are performed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Supervisor as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience. Basic knowledge of business practices and procedures in a professional or technical field. Ability to apply standard theories and concepts to propose actionable insights. Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail. * Proficient in database management and online research tools.
