Job Overview:


We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in developing and implementing new products and technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established quality management systems throughout the product lifecycle.





Responsibilities:


Lead or support full new product development projects, from concept to launch, adhering to quality management system processes. Support, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement, cost-down, and sustaining activities. Lead or actively participate in R&D projects, acting as the technical lead for cross-functional teams. Guide junior engineers and technicians, and assist in lab management. Prepare all required technical documentation. Participate and contribute to cross-functional team activities.

Requirement

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or Bio-Engineering, or a relevant field. 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a regulated industry is preferred. Solid product design and process development knowledge and experience, coupled with strong analytical skills. Experience with medical device design, manufacturing, or regulatory affairs is highly beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong technical documentation skills relevant to professional reports.
