Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Supports the QA and R&D Head in product development and production scale up along with daily execution of R&D related laboratory activities.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conceptualizes and develops new safe, high-quality products
2. Conducts product optimization by studying cost- effective formulations and processes
3. Conducts laboratory and production trials for improvement of existing productsProficient in:
1. Physico-chemical analysis, Instrument Operation, and Internal Quality Audit
2. Project Management
3. Food Science
4. Food Product Safety Management
5. Statistical Quality Control
6. Office Management, and Software Application
7. Technical Writing
8. System/Process DevelopmentQUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture or any related course
- Licensed Chemist, Chemical Technician
- With 2-years experience in a Food Manufacturing, Oil Industry
- Preferably with at least 1 year related work experience in R&D
- Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite
- On-site parking
- Paid training
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Tanza, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Research and Development: 2 years (Preferred)
- Licensed Chemist, Chemical Technician (Preferred)
