Brief Description

The Research and Programmes (Schools) Executive will play a crucial role in driving the development, execution, and evaluation of research projects and programmes.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for research, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful delivery of impact-driven research and programmes.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver research projects and programmes to help clients achieve greater well-being in themselves and their organisations Manage, train, and upskill our pool of facilitators to deliver impact-driven research projects and programmes Track impact of research projects and programmes Prepare and present Impact Evaluation Report Drive innovation to improve the quality of research projects and programmes

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with emphasis in Psychology Display interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology At least 1 year of relevant research and programmes implementation experience

Selection Process

Please take note that there will be at least 2 interviews if selected:

1st Interview (45 mins, Online) to get to know each other 2nd interview (3 hours) where you will work on mock programme delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
