Responsibilities:

Assist in the research and development of Polypropylene and Polyethylene products for value-added applications.
Schedule and carry out day-to-day activities for product design projects to meet the targets for new product development.
Assist Chemist to carry out commissioning and method development for new equipment and improve existing testing methods.
Play a major role in the smooth operation of the R&D laboratory by actively involved in regular maintenance of equipment, preparation, and revision of operating procedures, maintaining excellent housekeeping, and all activities related to Health, Safety & Environment.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Chemical/Polymer/Material Engineering or Chemistry.
Experience in polymer material processing and testing will be an added advantage.
Team player with initiative, good analytical thinking, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
