Research Assistant (electrical Engineering)
Job Description
The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) is seeking to hire a Research Assistant to work on new device concepts for cryogenic electronics in i-Lab. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities and measurement equipment, as well as opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations.Key Responsibilities:Support i-Lab in the areas including:Electromagnetic simulation of semiconductor componentsDesign and modeling of nanoelectronic devices based on compound semiconductorsExperimental studies on nanoelectronics devices at room temperature and cryogenic temperaturesJob Requirements:Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldKnowledge in electromagnetic analysis using AWR or similar softwareKnowledge in design and simulation of RF circuitsKnowledge in experimental methodologies to characterize RF circuits and componentsProficiency in English is essential for conducting experimental studiesGood team working skillsWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
